We are seeking a high-performing, motivated and experienced Finance, Data Analytics and Reporting Manager to lead the delivery of the Bank’s management reporting, data, and insightful analytics with deep technical expertise. Enhance financial performance through timely reporting, comprehensive analysis, identifying actionable insights, with experience in building financial models.

About the role

  • Contribute to the broader strategic direction and leadership of Finance, sharing accountability with other leaders for overall performance of deliverables and outcomes.
  • Oversee the Month-end close process, budget and forecast processes across the RBA Business areas including consolidation, analysis and reporting of key performance measures and trends.
  • Support the Head of Data, Analytics and Reporting with enterprise analysis, including revenue and cost drivers and identification for performance improvement.
  • Work with the DAR Team, Finance Partners and Project Finance teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Leverage financial software and tools to streamline analytical and reporting processes.
  • Lead and participate in the improvement of internal policies, reporting systems and processes, ensuring the integrity and suitability of information as well as compliance with legislative obligations.
  • Provide deep expertise to the leaders and coaching team members to deliver accurate and timely management reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual) and insights that support effective decisions to achieve the Bank’s strategic goals.
  • Ad-hoc development of forecast, allocation and scenarios models as required by Head of Data, Analytics and Reporting.
  • Lead the development of key performance indicators, to measure financial and operational performance leading to actionable feedback to improve results.
  • Identify and manage risks effectively. Manage issues and opportunities, ensuring appropriate processes are in place.
  • Oversee the operational functionality and maintenance of the management reporting and planning systems. Leverage financial software and tools to streamline accounting processes.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, influencing across Finance and the Bank to ensure effective delivery and alignment of data-driven initiatives.

Your background

Must be CA/CPA qualified with 10-15 years+ experience across Management Reporting, Planning/Forecasting and Analysis at a business division and at enterprise consolidation level. You can demonstrate how you have improved data quality to extract analytical insights that have supported quality decision making. You enjoy problem solving, are comfortable with navigating ambiguity and work collaboratively across groups to drive positive tangible outcomes for the business.
