Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Manager to lead our Data Center Services - Operations team. This leadership role will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of regional data center operations and infrastructure efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge, proven operational rigor, and exceptional people leadership skills. - Lead and grow a high-performing regional team of engineers focused on operating and improving our colocation data center footprint.
- Develop and execute team roadmaps aligned with company objectives, operational SLAs, and infrastructure growth.
- Manage workflow for day-to-day operations
- Capacity management, deployment and forecasting
- Budgeting and stock management
- Hardware break fix knowledge
- Site coverage as needed
- Facility evaluations
- Builds and deployments
- Provide technical and managerial oversight across system operations, standards and engineering documentation
- Promote a high-performance culture with clear goals, coaching, feedback, and recognition.

Qualifications
To be considered, the hiring team is after someone with
- 8+ years in data center operations, infrastructure engineering, or related technical leadership.
- 4+ years of experience managing teams, including remote or global teams.
- Experience managing large-scale colocation environments and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in change management, incident response, capacity planning, and documentation systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a bias for action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team management with proven track record of success
- Data center build, design, and operations experience.
- Deep technical understanding General knowledge of data center facilities and infrastructure including power, HVAC, structured cabling, rack management and security.
- Working knowledge of networking/server architecture and hardware.
- Process oriented and experienced in process development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task several unrelated issues.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
- Excellent General documentation skills with particular emphasis on technical processes and standards.
- Knowledge and experience in ITIL process methodologies is a plus.
- Proven ability to function independently in ambiguous situations with a record of success.
- Excellent communication, customer focus, problem solving, conflict management, time management and interpersonal skills required.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in highly-technical, multi- discipline
