We’re looking for a Manager, Deal Strategy to lead and scale our Deal Desk function within Revenue Operations. In this role, you’ll guide a high-performing team while also partnering directly with Sales on our most complex and strategic deals. This role is critical to ensuring operational rigor and strategic support throughout the quote-to-close process, enabling smarter, faster, and more scalable growth across our teams.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $131,500 - $181,000
      • Zone B: $125,000 - $172,000
      • Zone C: $118,000 - $163,000
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • $149,000 - $205,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

  • Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations

As a Manager, Deal Strategy you’ll … 

  • Serve as a player-coach, leading the Deal Strategy team within Revenue Operations. Guiding and mentoring team members on deal structure, pricing governance, and deal quality standards while personally partnering with Sales on our most strategic and complex upmarket opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day Deal Desk activities, ensuring timely and accurate support for Sales and Customer Success teams across new business, expansion, and renewals. 
  • Act as a primary liaison for escalations and approvals involving Legal, Accounting, Finance, and RevOps, ensuring cross-functional alignment on non-standard terms.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on KPIs related to deal velocity, approval rates, discount trends, and CPQ throughput. Provide insights that inform strategic planning and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Oversee order form customizations, special terms, and accuracy to ensure contractual compliance. Partner with Sales Operations and Legal to maintain standards across contracting touchpoints.

About you:

Requirements:

  • Previously held a people management role.
  • Are skilled in using Salesforce & Salesforce CPQ 

You’ll thrive as a Manager, Deal Strategy if you:

  • Bring 4+ years of experience working in SaaS and high-growth companies, specifically in Deal Desk role(s).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in with DocuSign, and Ironclad CLM or similar tools.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, and Legal teams to structure customer pricing and related documentation throughout the pre- and post-sales process.
  • Understand advanced approvals, discounting strategies, and how to align multiple stakeholders around deal structures.
  • Exhibit natural curiosity and a growth mindset, actively expanding fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, streamline processes, and amplify impact.
  • Possess knowledge of—or interest in—web design, development, or Webflow products (a strong plus!)
