What You Will Get To Do:
SS&C is searching for a skilled Manager, Field Services to lead technical support operations and infrastructure delivery at our Parramatta site. You will oversee desktop systems, AV/VC setups, and inventory management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, end user equipment, video conferencing and network issues
- Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security
- Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel
- Recommend hardware and software solutions, including acquisitions and upgrades
- Participate in IT and infrastructure development projects
- Conduct training programs for basic and specialised applications
- Lead and supervise a small team of field technicians across multiple sites
- Coordinate department activities and advise cross-functional teams
- Supervise inventory and AV/VC delivery for Parramatta site
What You Will Bring:
- Master’s degree with 4+ years, Bachelor’s with 6+ years, or High School with 8+ years of related experience
- Proven leadership in technical support and infrastructure delivery
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to make decisions within company policy to meet business objectives
- Experience establishing procedures and recommending policy changes
