The Role
This role sits within the overall product operations team at Constantinople. We see our product operations group as a critical component of the overall banking proposition. This is not your typical operations role, we are building a highly integrated, technology led end-to-end banking experience.
The lending operations team covers the entire lifecycle across a range of lending products from small business loans to retail mortgages. You will manage a team conducting loan assessments and hardship and collections ensuring that SLAs and quality standards are met.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of lending operations analysts who provide support to Constantinople's growing customer base for lending activities, be a point of escalation through the loan origination though to lifecycle management
- Aid in the design and then execution of processes related to credit applications (credit decisioning) & lifecycle support, hardships, collections, broker channels support across business and retail loans
- Go deep to understand what isn’t working, where required work with our engineering teams to improve underlying platform capabilities and operational tooling
- Monitoring and management of the lending customer pipeline and ensure SLAs are met
- Be constantly on the lookout for opportunities to improve the overall experience
Who You Are
- Experience with lending operations in a highly technical environment, with specific experience in business lending
- 3-5 years leading a lending operations team
- Strong verbal and written communication
- A multi-tasker and problem solver, who takes responsibility of issues until they’re resolved
- A builder mindset who is continually looking to improve upon the status quo
- Experience in support tooling, Zendesk, Salesforce etc.
