Description and Requirements
This role is part of the Shared Services / Global Finance Operations organization and is responsible for delivering end ‑ to ‑ end finance and accounting support across core finance processes, including FP&A, General Accounting, Financial Reporting & Analysist. The Finance Operations Manager ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing and reporting in alignment with applicable accounting standards, internal control frameworks, and organizational policies.
The position plays a critical role in managing period ‑ end close activities, statutory and management reporting, balance sheet governance, reconciliations, and variance analysis, while also supporting financial control and governance over accounting policies, judgments, and critical estimates. Acting as a key support to controllership functions, the role helps ensure the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of financial records and a strong internal control environment.
The role supports business and finance leadership through high ‑ quality financial insights, data integrity, and continuous process improvement, with a focus on driving standardization, automation, and operational efficiency through the use of reporting tools, ERP systems, and emerging digital and AI ‑ enabled solutions.
Working closely with cross ‑ functional teams and global stakeholders, the Manager ensures adherence to service level commitments, strengthens financial control environments, and contributes to operational excellence across finance operations.
