We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Manager to join our finance team within Anduril. This critical role requires a deep understanding of government contracts and ability to translate complex contracts into order to cash deliverables. The ideal candidate will be skilled at working cross-functionally to gather and synthesize information to ensure execution of the order to cash processes with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities of the order management team to ensure accurate and timely execution of order to cash processes.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and define service level agreements for the order entry team, to ensure accurate and timely creation/update of contract briefs and sales orders, which can be seamlessly tied back to the contract
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify and gather missing information or resolve ambiguous information in the contract so that we can create accurate and complete contract briefs and sales orders.
- Work cross-functionally with bidding & proposal, business development and hardware product managers to build out a well controlled and optimized order management processes
- Work closely with mission operations, tech operations and deployment operations to identify opportunities for process and system improvements to improve speed to delivery and execution against customer orders.
Key Daily Activities:
- Review all contracts that have been executed to understand the nature of the contract
- Create or append existing contract brief with critical contract details
- Create records in Oracle needed to support contract management, sales order creation, order fulfillment and billing
- Ensure alignment and consistency between contract briefs and data across cross-functional systems, including Salesforce and NetSuite/Oracle.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience working in government contracting, order management and fulfillment, in a fast paced and high growth organization
- Ability to lead as an individual contributor and team leader
- Proven leadership and ability to work cross-functionally and drive business system and process optimization efforts
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate complex issues, analyze data, and piece together information from several data sources.
- Experience with Salesforce and Order Management Systems (NetSuite, Oracle)
US Salary Range
$114,000—$171,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
