As DoorDash expands both in scale and breadth of integrated delivery offerings, our technical aptitude must grow with it. 

About the Role

DoorDash is looking for a Manager, Partner Integrations who will manage and optimize integrations with our top Restaurant partners. Externally, you’ll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations at DoorDash. Internally, you’ll strategize with our cross-functional DoorDash teams to build & operate world class integrations. You will report into Senior Manager, Partner Integrations. This is initially a one-year contract, with the potential to be extended

As an Integrations Manager, you will lead a team of Integration Specialists who help you implement and maintain integrations with our Restaurant Merchants to drive Selection and Quality on DoorDash Marketplace. You’ll be responsible for key operational metrics and process improvement from strategy to execution, while relentlessly focusing on efficiency and execution for some of our most challenging business problems.

Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our integration partners, leading implementation and process improvement

Own the success of our ANZ integrations by leading a team of specialists to integrate new Merchants on DoorDash Marketplace

Partner with product and engineering to discover & drive opportunities for operational and product improvement using data analysis and merchant insights 

You’ll help define the integration roadmap and strategy in collaboration with other product and operations owners

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions. Technical implementation experience is a plus
  • Hands-on working SQL experience to analyze complex problems and troubleshoot issues independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of system integrations, including SFTP and API
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project and/or program management
  • Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required
