The Mastercard Loyalty Team is looking for a Product / Program Manager (18-months contract) to develop and execute Key Client Loyalty program strategies that align with organizational goals, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate about Loyalty, highly motivated, intellectually curious, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role:
Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas for our customers and the day-to-day operational management of key Loyalty programs • Understand Mastercard's business model and take key financial or commercial factors into consideration to positively influence revenue delivery and cost efficiency• Leverage working knowledge of Mastercard business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions to support our customers• Take accountability for the delivery of key customer Loyalty Program and Services• Leverage data & dashboards to quickly identify Program performance challenges, making recommendations on proposed action plans• Participate in cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Product Management-Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Program objectives• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences• Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices• Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours through their behaviour, (e.g. customer and stakeholder interactions)

Experience in Merchant Loyalty Rewards programs ideal. • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders • Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment • Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Always look for potential solutions to solve problems • Have a clear mission that focuses on the attention of the customer's needs
