The Revenue Strategy team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in steering the company's growth and success in ANZ. We work across the business to identify, drive, and own real outcomes through product go to market, monetisation, or regional expansion.
What you'll do
As the Manager, Revenue Strategy, ANZ, you will own and drive core initiatives to unlock revenue growth for Airwallex in Australia and New Zealand. This role is at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product, where you will help build, test, and scale go-to-market strategies that deliver product-market fit and customer success. You’ll use data, your business acumen, and close feedback loops to run high-impact experiments and champion collaboration across diverse commercial teams.
This role is based in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches in Australia and New Zealand, including identifying key customer segments, defining pricing, and developing sales motions
Size, define, and map key customer segments and industry verticals to identify where Airwallex can achieve strong product-market fit, and design and run experiments to test these
Analyse the competitive landscape to understand and plan how and where we win new customers and drive upsell opportunities
Build and operate rigorous processes to collate, synthesise, and deliver customer and product feedback, representing the voice of our customers
Influence and partner effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Enablement teams to shape and enable key growth initiatives
We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years of experience in management consulting or data-driven strategy roles
Commercial acumen and ability to use data to influence and drive decision-making at senior levels
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - comfortable making the complex simple and actionable
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and balance multiple priorities in fast-evolving environments
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience in go-to-market, product strategy, or revenue operations roles in a high-growth environment in tech, financial services, or startup
Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Advanced proficiency with data tools (e.g., Looker, SQL), and experience modelling scenarios or business cases
