About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Sales Engineering with significant security domain expertise in multiple layers of technical solutions and experience managing a technical sales team. As a Manager, Sales Engineering, you will be aligned to the SENA Corporate Sales team in evangelizing CrowdStrike’s security platform to prospective customers, partners and the industry.
You will lead the Corporate Sales Engineering team in presenting CrowdStrike’s security platform to prospective customers. This includes creating and delivering demonstrations of the products, gathering customer technical requirements, creating evaluation test plans, and working through Proof of Value’s with prospects and managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.
What You'll Do:

Ensure effective technical sales coverage of the regional account base.

Coach, mentor, and develop the Sales Engineers’ skill sets to meet current and emerging sales opportunity needs.

Participates with APJ SE Leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives.

Collaborate with Services, Product Management, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales Operations for tactical planning and support.

Thoughtful Resource Management and Prioritization.
-
Drive customer and partner meetings through sales calls, relationship building, solution selling and problem resolution.
-
Provide guidance on complex technical issues utilizing in-depth knowledge of the company, products, industry and solutions.

Deliver development and improvement of methods, techniques and evaluation processes for CrowdStrike solutions.
What You’ll Need:
-
10+ years or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineering roles – particularly in the areas of security incident response or security architecture design.

3+ years or equivalent experience of directly managing a technical team (experience managing remote employee highly desirable).

This role requires the ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies.

Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensic, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions
-
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience.

Able and willing to travel regionally as needed.

Intrinsically motivated with excellent organizational skills.

Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with customers both internally and externally.

Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution in a fast paced environment.

Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensic, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions.

Malware analysis experience and Cybersecurity expertise a plus!
