We’re hiring a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a growing team working on platform products and services used by other engineering teams. The scope covers people leadership, technical direction, engineering quality, and the operating rhythm that helps teams deliver with confidence.
This role will suit someone who likes building culture, and the kind of engineering environment where people can do great work without unnecessary process getting in the way.
There’s real opportunity here to raise the bar.
That might mean improving how teams design, test, deploy and run software in production. It might mean guiding smart technical trade-offs across architecture, APIs, cloud platforms and distributed systems. It might mean creating stronger alignment across teams and regions so delivery feels simpler, clearer and more effective.
The environment is platform-oriented, so experience with shared services, internal platforms, APIs, scalability, resilience and developer experience matters. Just as important is the ability to lead through clarity, setting direction, building trust, and helping teams stay focused on outcomes rather than activity.
What will set you up for success?
Experience leading software engineering teams building and operating production systems
A track record of growing strong teams and lifting engineering standards
Sound technical judgment across modern software architecture, cloud platforms and delivery practices
Experience building platform products or shared services used by internal or external customers
The ability to work well across product, architecture, design and engineering
Confidence leading in distributed, cross-region environments
An appreciation for security, privacy and quality in complex software environments
