About the role:
We are seeking an energetic and proactive individual to join our team as Manager, Strategy Execution, playing a key role in supporting Plenti’s growth by shaping and driving the delivery of critical strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, with strong problem-solving and project management skills, and capable of translating strategic ideas into clear, actionable plans that deliver real business impact.
Reporting to the General Manager, Strategy Execution, you will be instrumental in shaping the prioritisation and delivery of major projects across Plenti’s business, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
This role sits at the centre of a new and exciting business unit at Plenti, presenting significant scope for professional development and growth as Plenti continues its scale up journey. The job will span a diversity of responsibilities across strategy development, internal relationship management, change management and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Plenti’s strategic planning by collaborating with senior leaders to develop and refine the company’s corporate strategy
• Translate strategy into actionable and prioritised business plans, with clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics
• Drive high-quality project delivery by managing resource allocation, stakeholders, and risks to achieve outcomes on time and within budget
• Foster a culture of accountability and results-oriented execution by embedding effective processes, tools, and behaviours across teams
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and optimise resource utilisation
• Partner with business leads and product managers to develop clear and compelling metrics that track progress and identify execution risks whilst ensuring alignment with strategic goals
About You:
• 3-5 years of experience working in strategy development, change management, or related roles, preferably in environments experiencing significant growth or transformation
• Ability to view business challenges at scale and define projects that solve enterprise-level problems end to end
• Strong skills in research, synthesising options, and influencing senior stakeholders with clear, compelling communication
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively addressing challenges in dynamic contexts
• Commercially minded with experience in cost-benefit analysis, financial modelling, and data-driven decision making
• Proven track record in project management, delivering outcomes in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills, with confidence in presenting ideas clearly and managing relationships at all levels
• Experience in financial services or technology-based companies is highly regarded
