The team provides expertise in Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development and Learning, Reward and Performance, and Employee Relations.

The Role

This role is focused on building excellent relationships with stakeholders by providing  pragmatic and clear Talent Acquisition advice across the APAC region in line with best practice to aid the organisation in achieving its goals. This role will:

- Partner with allocated client groups managing the end-to-end recruitment process including direct recruitment, candidate sourcing and agency management, assessment and selection, through to hire, offer and onboarding.

- Support senior level and executive recruitment across Australia and in Asia

- Act as a dedicated role model and ambassador for the firm, delivering an exceptional candidate experience for prospective IFM Investor employees.

- Be a champion of and uphold our commitment to inclusion in all recruitment activities.

Your Background and Experience

- 7 to 10 years’ recruitment experience either in-house, agency, or in an RPO 

- Financial Services recruitment experience in Funds Management or Investment Banking required

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior level relationships and business partnerships – being a credible ‘trusted talent advisor’.

- Consulting to and influencing business leaders, recommending talent and recruitment strategies to drive commercial outcomes

- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment process including direct sourcing for complex roles across multiple client areas, geographies, and job levels.

- Experience engaging and effectively partnering with recruitment agencies.

- Ability to exercise good judgement and provide advice without close supervision.
