Nerdio is leading the Cloud workspace transformation journey for customers in partnership with Microsoft. As an Operating Platform, it adds value on top of the powerful capabilities in Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune to simplify management, ensure efficient operations, and lower Azure compute and storage costs by up to 80% via automation. 


Leveraging Nerdio, Enterprise IT professionals can deliver and maintain a wide range of virtual Windows endpoints across hybrid workforces with ease and fine-tune end-user computing (EUC) approaches for maximum effectiveness using powerful monitoring and analytics capabilities. Partners can manage customers’ cloud environments through streamlined, multi-tenant, workflow-powered technology that allows them to create and grow cloud-based recurring revenues.

What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development: 

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive exceptional performance.    
  • Translating company strategy into clear priorities, goals, and expectations for the team. 
  • Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture that values transparency, mutual respect, and accountability.  
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success.

Partnership Development:

  • Further enable and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives predictable revenue, market coverage, and customer outcomes 
  • Collaborate with Microsoft's sales teams, channel partners, and direct customers to identify AVD opportunities where Nerdio can offer solutions.   
  • Build and nurture executive relationships with key Microsoft and partner stakeholders to drive business growth and increase Nerdio's market presence. 

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.   
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing performance data to identify areas of improvement and drive sales effectiveness.   
  • Set up and drive tight weekly and monty cadences to drive the business outcomes

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to AVD and EUC.   
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.   
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance Nerdio's offerings and go-to-market strategies

 
Qualifications

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in sales and leadership in the technology industry selling cloud computing or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.   
  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.   
  • Previous experience in managing a remote or distributed sales teams with strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their targets.   
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.   
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and manage a team effectively.   
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance.    
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.   
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.   
  • Experience in building and maintaining partnerships or channel relationships.
