Your Role
The Managing Principal, Cyber Uplift is key leader within our Cyber Technology Services group, within the Cyber Technology Integration Services Line as part of Thales Cyber Services.
This Managing Principal, Cyber Uplift manages the delivery of Cyber Uplift consulting services across Government and Private Sector clients. This role encompasses the management of a resources, revenue, costs, and sales pipeline of the Cyber Uplift Team – while empowering the Cyber Uplift team to deliver high quality outcomes to our clients while achieving their maximum potential. Responsibilities will include:
Identifying, proposing, and driving solutions to refine and grow the profitability and capability of Cyber Uplift team over time
Establishing trusted advisor relationships with client’s by using your in-depth consulting experience
Providing input into the scoping and pricing of engagements with the sales and growth teams
Managing the pipeline of sales and revenue of the Cyber Uplift team
Maintaining the workforce plan of the Cyber Uplift team
Providing delivery team members with strategic direction and an overview of the project requirements, supervises tasks and their completion to meet objectives
Engaging with teams across Thales Cyber Services to drive business wide objectives
Lead Cyber Uplift research projects to identify and develop new Cyber Uplift service offerings
Participate in the recruitment processes to identify and select suitable candidates for potential Cyber Uplift roles in the team
Develop and deliver training and/or speaking material for public and/or private events
Maintain knowledge of industry insights and proactively research\ emerging security risks, controls, applicable regulations, and trends
