Optimize and improve semiconductor front-end manufacturing processes to increase quality, productivity, yield, and cost competitiveness. Develop and launch next-generation GaN power semiconductor processes, using SPC and data analysis to identify causes and validate improvements. Plan experiments, evaluate results, prepare reports, and collaborate with manufacturing, design, development, equipment, materials, and quality teams to establish production-ready technologies.

データ活用による課題解決： SPCや各種データ解析を活用し、工程課題の特定、要因分析、仮説検証に基づく改善活動を推進します。 - 実験・評価の推進： 新規条件や新規プロセスの実験計画、評価、結果解析、レポート作成まで一連の技術検証を担います。
- 部門横断での技術連携： 製造、設計、開発、装置、材料などの関係者と連携し、量産導入に向けた技術確立を進めます。

Minimum requirements:
- 半導体関連の実務経験： 半導体前工程プロセス、または半導体製造装置に関する実務経験を有する
- 工程改善の基礎力： 製造工程における課題分析、評価、改善に携わった経験を有する方
- データ活用の基礎知識： 統計的工程管理（SPC）やデータを活用した問題解決の基礎知識を有する方
- 技術課題の推進力： 課題整理、仮説立案、実験計画、結果解析、報告までを一連で進められる
