Pricing & Reimbursement Manager or Sr. Pricing & Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for managing and conducting assigned assets' pricing & reimbursement for the launch and life-cycle management as well as creating opportunities with long-term market access strategy

Pricing & Reimbursement Manager or Sr. Pricing & Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for managing and conducting assigned assets' pricing & reimbursement for the launch and life-cycle management as well as creating opportunities with long-term market access strategy
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads access strategy development for new products pricing & reimbursement
- Develops P&R strategy for HIRA and negotiation strategy for NHIS in collaboration with a cross-functional team
- Develops Pharmacoeconomics strategy for economic value proposition (if necessary)
- Develops product value dossier with relevant clinical and economic data
- Stakeholders Communication: Negotiates with government decision bodies including MOHW, HIRA and NHIS
Maximizes business opportunity in collaboration with Business Unit
- Leads reimbursement expansion for in-line product
- Provides access expertise to Business Unit regarding access issues
Brings into access team operations
- Provides single point of contact for assigned Business Unit
- Takes lead on regular communication (e.g. H&V Update Meeting) with Business Unit in collaboration
- Communicates with Global Health & Value including PSP (Price Strategy Proposal)
- Manages price information through JADE
Supports industrial collaboration to shape the environment for patient access
- Provides a strategic platform to business units based on a comprehensive understanding through relevant long-term Health & Value Strategy
- Anticipates key trend of environment and analyzes organizational implication in order to prepare for environmental changes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Above Bachelor's degree, preferably master's degree in public health, pharmacy, nursing or business
- 7 or more years of e xperiences in pharmaceutical industry with strong understanding of HTA and pricing decision-making process, health economics gained through experience in intensive payer communication
- Fluency in English and Korean (both verbal and writing skills)
