Job Description

In this role, you will:
Develop deep knowledge of assigned locale and become the go-to source for all information relating to local trends and market dynamics for internal and external partners, including making contributions to market strategies for assigned locale and similar markets

  • Build and maintain partner relationships in assigned product and locale to meet and exceed assigned goals

  • Be responsible for Traveloka's key accounts in assigned locale

  • Analyze and utilize data to provide recommendations and consultations to identify and take actions on strategic opportunities in assigned locales

  • Develop and sustain strong strategic partnerships by providing insights and high-quality consulting services to relevant partners

  • Represent Traveloka in assigned locales, and establish key relationships with local authorities and influencers, including but not limited to tourism boards/bureau, associations, and conferences

  • Fully own assigned product and locale, and use comprehensive understanding to provide input to senior management and officers to develop solutions and improve process effectiveness and scalability

  • Spearhead projects in assigned locales, including but not limited to specific campaigns or partnerships

  • Ensure customer conversions through providing optimum supply offerings from partners

  • Implement scalable strategies and programs to ensure Traveloka's high standards of services to partners for customers

  • Maintain a baseline understanding of dashboards, technical integration process, and various software used to provide the appropriate support to partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in from reputable universities

  • 4+ years of experience in new sales, account management, customer success and partner support. Experience in hospitality, travel or technology industry is preferable.

  • Proven understanding of market management / development, in the assigned locale.

  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and assigned locale language, and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.

  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

  • A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.

  • Passionate about travels and making travels convenient for all diverse interests.
