What will you be doing?

You’ll play a key role in helping clients optimise their marketing strategies through advanced analytical solutions. You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights, collaborate with internal modelling teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights aligned with client needs and Circana’s standards
  • Translate client objectives into analytical requirements and study designs, collaborating closely with our internal modelling team
  • Gather and validate data from clients and internal teams to support robust analysis
  • Interpret modelling outcomes and deliver clear, business-relevant insights
  • Assist in developing client reports and visual presentations, including charting and storytelling
  • Respond to client queries and support proposal development alongside senior team members
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and sustainable revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, psychology, economics or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years’ experience as an Analyst, ideally within the market research industry
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, including creative and innovative thinking
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a talent for creating compelling visualisations and presentations
  • Exposure to survey programming software (e.g. Qualtrics), with experience in Q, R or Python highly regarded
  • A highly accountable and results‑oriented approach, demonstrating initiative and a proactive mindset
  • A natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
