Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator​ to join our ever-evolving Marketing team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Asia-Pacific Marketing, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports Sentral’s marketing engine across campaign execution, event coordination, marketing operations, content development, and performance analysis. 

Working closely with sales, customer relationship, product marketing, and wider business teams, you will help drive full-funnel pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This role offers an ambitious marketer broad exposure across demand generation, digital channels, marketing technology, and communications in a high-impact environment. 

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is AUD 90,000 to 100,000 + superannuation.

What you’ll own

  • Coordinating multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social and paid media.
  • Supporting webinars, conferences, customer events and industry engagement activities.
  • Managing campaign assets, timelines and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintaining HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, forms, landing pages and lead nurturing programs.
  • Supporting campaign reporting, dashboards and performance analysis.
  • Assisting with website updates, content publishing and digital marketing activities.
  • Creating engaging content for email, social media, landing pages and sales enablement assets.

What you'll bring

  • 2-5 years' experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or demand generation.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of email, social, web and paid digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A data-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • B2B, SaaS or technology industry experience.
  • Experience with events, webinars and lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, SEO and content management systems.
  • Experience building marketing reports and dashboards.
