Performance Marketing Associate

We have an exciting opportunity within our Programmatic team. We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join the team in Sydney.
This role plays a key part in building out our newly expanding mobile app marketing capability, an exciting and rapidly growing area of the business. The role supports the development of a specialised app marketing function, working closely with the Growth team to manage mobile app campaigns end-to-end, including reporting, optimisation, user acquisition and retargeting.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Campaign execution of programmatic and mobile buys across various platforms for performance, high impact, gaming and video activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build audience frameworks, strategies and creative testing plans.
- Understand key success metrics used within the funnel and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of programmatic and mobile campaigns.
- Deliver insightful campaign performance reports and present across your campaigns with a clear POV on performance
- Proactively learn and take ownership of our mobile tech stack, including AppsFlyer for tracking and AdMob for inventory management.
- Develop positive relationship with key external partners including media and technology vendors e.g. TTD, Amazon, Agency partners, Google and more
What you will bring to the role:
- 1-2 years of experience within the programmatic industry, specifically in a trading/campaign management role is required.
- Demonstrated digital media experience in the ad tech industry, ad serving and ad management technologies.
- Working knowledge of Mobile Performance platforms such as Liftoff, AdAction, Admob Ironsource/Unity is desirable.
- Working knowledge of DSP platforms such as TTD, Amazon, DV360, Adobe, Xandr, Mediamath is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of Adserving & MMP tools such as CM360, Flashtalking, Appsflyer, Firebase, AdForm is desirable.
- Good understanding of Analytical tools such as AAS, GA4, Adobe analytics, DoubleVerify, IAS is desirable.
- Good understanding of CDPs & DMPs.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office - particularly PowerPoint & Excel
