About the role

We’re growing fast, and we need a sharp, hands-on Growth Coordinator to help keep our campaigns moving across paid media, partnerships, and brand activity.

This is a role for someone who’s one to two years into their marketing career, love high growth environments and want to be mentored and learn form the best at their crafts.

You’ll be comfortable getting stuck in across multiple tasks, channels, and projects. You’ll work alongside the Performance Marketing, Brand, and Affiliates teams to help deliver campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and broker growth for both Aussie and Lendi brands.

This role sits in Sydney and follows a hybrid model (two days in office, three remote).

Job Description

  • Support the execution of campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels - from Google and Meta to OOH, Radio, and digital partnerships.
  • Help brief and traffic creative assets, ensuring content and messaging align across platforms and partners.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines with creative, media, and broker teams to make sure everything launches on time.
  • Help generate reports on spend, pacing, and leads - flagging any trends or anomalies.
  • Support invoicing and finance processes across paid media and partner spend.
  • Have access to a breadth of marketing to really uncover your talents and define your future career in marketing.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, growth, or media coordination (agency or in-house).
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills - you can manage multiple moving parts without missing detail.
  • A curious, analytical mindset - you like to dig into data, spot trends, and ask “why?” .
  • Great communication - comfortable working with creative, media, and internal stakeholders.
  • A positive, can-do attitude - you get things done, even when juggling competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets and an understanding of marketing metrics (CPA, CTR, CPC, etc.).
  • A collaborative style - you enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.

Nice to haves (not deal breakers):

  • Experience with creative briefing or asset management.
  • Understanding of campaign measurement, tracking, and reporting.
  • Interest in the property or finance industry.
