THE ROLE:

As Marketing Content & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing collateral and content strategies that support business goals and customer engagement.

This role manages content production across key channels and ensures all marketing and sales assets and customer facing online knowledge base content is aligned with our brand and tone. It requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and design partners.

Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Interpret briefs from the Senior Marketing Manager and broader business to develop clear, actionable content plans and collateral
  • Manage the delivery of quarterly marketing campaigns, working closely with design agencies, the Digital Marketing Specialist, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution across channels
  • Lead the planning and management of a strategically focused social media content calendar
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce relevant, on-brand content for social media, the website, newsletters, and other key platforms
  • Write and develop content including value stories, blogs, case studies, website updates, and customer communications

ABOUT YOU:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years’ experience in a marketing, content or communications role, ideally with a blend of content development and campaign coordination
  • Strong writing, editing and content creation skills across a range of formats (e.g. web, social media, newsletters, case studies)
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working collaboratively with design agencies and internal teams
  • Solid understanding of social media strategy and experience using content planning and scheduling tools
  • Comfortable working with brand guidelines and translating complex information into clear, audience-focused content
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both creative and business teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience social scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout, Hootsuite), and design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in B2B or professional services is advantageous but not essential
