We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing who is eager to grow their skills in email campaign execution, stakeholder management and performance analysis. 

You'll be responsible for the scheduling, building and optimisation of email marketing campaigns. This will involve liaising with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You'll monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions). You'll also perform administrative and supporting tsk to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and of high quality. 

You’ll have – 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • A recent graduate with internship experience or 1-2 years experience in digital marketing or email marketing. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills 
  • Strong people skills with a team-oriented mindset. Demonstrate ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and performance metrics. 
  • Sound understanding of best practice in marketing and digital customer experiences.  
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritise when required. 
  • Results-oriented and can-do attitude. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365 tools. 
  • CMS, email platform, HTML or monday.com (or other workflow tools something similar) experience are desirable.
