Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator – HNW Clients to support our high-net-worth (HNW) client business.

This role focuses on the execution of client engagement initiatives across events and campaigns, supporting client acquisition, engagement and follow-up activities.

Working closely with the Relationship Management (RM) team, this role will help drive client participation through well-executed events and targeted campaigns.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys both events and marketing campaigns and wants to gain exposure to client engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Events & Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of client engagement initiatives across events and campaigns
  • Assist in designing and executing client engagement campaigns, including client acquisition and activation initiatives
  • Plan and deliver client events to drive client participation and engagement
  • Manage event logistics including vendors, venues and on-site coordination
  • Execute EDM campaigns, event invitations and targeted client communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns

Lead Support & Engagement Follow-up

  • Support lead generation activities through campaigns and events
  • Work closely with RM team to assist with client outreach and follow-up
  • Ensure leads and client interactions are properly coordinated internally
  • Track engagement and campaign performance to support conversion improvement
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement processes

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, client engagement or related roles
  • Strong execution and project coordination skills
  • Experience supporting events or campaigns end-to-end
  • Basic understanding of client engagement or marketing funnel
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in investing or financial markets is a plus
  • Strong Mandarin communication skills are required; Cantonese is highly regarded
