Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Coordinator, Pacific to join our Marketing team in Sydney. This role is responsible for executing and supporting marketing campaigns and content development that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and commercial performance across Accor’s Pacific portfolio. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial Operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Digital, Loyalty and Sales) to ensure effective campaign delivery and contribute to overall business growth in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support marketing activities and campaigns across Accor’s Pacific portfolio
  • Support the implementation of regional and global marketing initiatives by sharing guidelines, assets and best practices.
  • Maintain and organise digital asset libraries and marketing calendars for easy access and accuracy.
  • Monitor hotel-level marketing activities for compliance with brand standards.
  • Liaise with hotel teams to gather accurate information and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Assist with budget tracking for campaigns, including invoice processing and expense reporting.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between marketing teams and vendors.
  • Compile and maintain performance reports for campaigns, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital asset management tools is a plus.
  • Positive team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
