Position: Marketing Coordinator – Sydney

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Location: Sydney, Australia

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Purpose

This role supports the global marketing operations of Bueno Analytics, with a focus on digital marketing, content, events, social media, and international market expansion. The Marketing Coordinator will help strengthen our regional presence across Australia, UK, and Europe – and as we grow, additional regions. The role spans SEO, GEO, digital campaigns, CRM management, content production, and event coordination, with day-to-day support across the full marketing mix.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, all-round marketer who is equally comfortable executing day-to-day tasks and contributing to longer-term strategic projects.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be defined by:

  • Improved organic search visibility and backlink profile across Australia, UK, and EU markets

  • Consistent, high-quality content and social media output across key channels

  • Well-coordinated events delivered on time and to brief across AU and UK/EU regions

  • Measurable growth in social media engagement and reach across platforms

  • Clean, segmented CRM data that supports effective outbound marketing and ABM campaigns

Key Responsibilities

1. Website SEO, GEO & Localisation

  • Conduct keyword research tailored to Australian, UK, and European audiences

  • Identify backlink opportunities with high domain authority

  • Audit existing web pages and recommend SEO improvements

  • Submit listings to relevant directories for increased visibility

2. Content Creation & Localisation

  • Create and adapt marketing content for regional audiences acrossAustralia, UK, and Europe (mainly using PowerPoint and Word)

  • Support coordination of website localisation and translation as regionalpresence grows

  • Assist with copywriting, blog posts, case studies, and other marketing collateral

3. Event Coordination & Venue Sourcing

  • Support the planning and delivery of events across Australia and the UK/EU

  • Research and compare venue options, covering AV, catering, and scalability

  • Identify cost-effective solutions that retain a high-quality experience

4. Social Media & Digital Content

  • Manage content scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

  • Grow organic reach and engagement while maintaining alignment with SEO strategy

  • Monitor performance metrics and report on traffic growth, keyword alignment, and audience trends

5. CRM & Contact Management

  • Maintain and segment CRM data for outbound targeting and campaign management

  • Build and maintain AU, UK, US, and EU contact lists aligned to ABM campaigns

  • Tag and format records for better performance in marketing automation

6. Digital Advertising Support

  • Support setup and monitoring of low-budget, high-impact digital campaigns

  • Track campaign delivery across platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn)

  • Assist with asset prep and reporting

Required Skills & Qualities

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technology environment

  • Solid understanding of SEO and GEO principles, keyword research, and web content best practices

  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel & Word.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, campaign platforms, and basic web design or CMS management

  • Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft & Google Workspaces, and working knowledge of Adobe Suite (desirable)

  • Clear written communication and attention to detail
