Our Role:


As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic campaigns to promote Objective RegWorks as The Software for regulators. Your primary role will be to enable and support with product knowledge, product messaging, unique value proposition, and management of product related resources required to execute on sales and marketing related initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the product marketers, sales, corporate marketing, and product management to ensure that Objective Regworks is positioned as an industry leader.


The role reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Regulatory Solutions.

A day in your role:

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns to drive revenue for Objective RegWorks.
  • Implement social media campaigns to drive awareness of Objective RegWorks.
  • Support marketing events and product-related activities.
  • Producing reports on campaign performance.
  • Managing lead allocation through the Customer Relationship Management software
  • Provide market intelligence and buyer insights to sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Publishing content on the corporate website using the content management system
  • Developing sales/marketing assets and managing these through the design process.
  • Support the sales team with presentations, product-related collateral and appropriate sales tools.

  • Professionalism and Self-Management. Demonstrates a sense of urgency, motivation, and tenacity in achieving objectives. Takes responsibility for personal development and continuous learning.
  • Industry Knowledge. Applies knowledge of industry business drivers and best practices to business operations.
  • Task Management and Delegation. Plans, coordinates, and monitors multiple activities while optimizing the use of resources to achieve a goal.
