About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exceptionally driven team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing and communications activities that propel our brand forward.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate and provide general support to the whole marcomms team on marketing activities and channels
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing Manager and Communications Manager
  • Assist Communications Manager with producing internal newsletter and other internal communications
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives across various digital and non-digital channels
  • Build and maintain product documentation in InDesign and Word
  • Monitor, compile and distribute a weekly media round-up to the marketing team
  • Coordinate the management of marketing inboxes, ensuring all enquiries and communications are promptly addressed or appropriately actioned
  • Aid in crafting and executing email campaigns in HubSpot
  • Assist in setting up automated workflows to support marketing campaigns in HubSpot
  • Help manage, build, and optimize website and landing pages within the platform
  • Develop and implement social media posts on multiple platforms
  • Monitor and report on analytics and trends
  • Manage webinar administrative tasks, including scheduling calendar reminders for presenters, setting up webinar within Zoom, and creating email invitations and workflows in the HubSpot platform
  • Taking on ad hoc duties as required

About You

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM and marketing automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while remaining efficient and proactive in managing their workload.

With a strong initiative and ability to support the team, you will thrive in an agile environment, prioritising tasks and meeting project timelines. You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

You’ll be familiar with Adobe programs and Canva, enabling you to produce visually engaging materials. Have a creative approach with a flair for innovation is important, as is a passion for digital marketing and awareness of social media trends. Additionally, you’ll have a passion for creating and editing videos, with opportunities for training and skill development provided.
