About LEAP

LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions in the world and is part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years, our curiosity and commitment to continual improvement has kept us reimagining productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support our guiding purpose, to ‘Help lawyers who help people’. The market-leading software we develop, and support is used by more than 67,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium-sized law firms.

Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 800 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.

Meet the Global Marketing team

This new and growing team is responsible for executing our global marketing strategy, reflecting the rapid evolution of our product offering. We're disrupting the way value is delivered in the legal community, and this requires a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption.

Lead by the Head of Global Marketing, this team works closely with LEAP’s international marketing teams to drive the visibility and growth of our industry-leading legal productivity software. Based out of our Sydney Head Office, the Global Marketing team sets the standard for how we position LEAP in the market, providing the backbone for the global campaigns and messaging that each region will leverage.

What you'll do

As the newest member of this growing team, you’ll report to the Head of Global Marketing and work closely with global marketing stakeholders across digital, communications and campaign marketing. You'll help streamline processes, improve collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives. This is a generalist, hands on role perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, creativity and execution.

To make this happen, you will look after:

  • Content Marketing – Support the marketing content writer by updating websites, blogs, social media, and podcasts, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Digital Marketing – Partner with our SEO agency to enhance website performance, boost search visibility, and strengthen social media engagement.
  • Events & Webinars – Assist in planning and delivering LEAP webinars and events, including logistics, stakeholder coordination and follow-up communications.
  • Communications – Use platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot to build, send and optimise email campaigns. Support both internal and external communication initiatives with consistent, timely messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with global marketing teams to ensure alignment and provide reliable support across projects.
  • Campaign Management and Reporting – Manage campaign timelines and deliverables with tools like Monday.com. Track performance metrics, compile reports and contribute insights that fuel continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.

What you'll bring

You're early in your marketing career, and hungry to join a growing SaaS business and learn a B2B marketing function from the ground up. On top of this you are:

  • Skilled in project management – highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • A clear communicator – excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to turn complex information into clear, actionable steps.
  • Tech-savvy – hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Canva (or similar).
  • A team player – collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • Curious and AI-aware – excited to learn how emerging technologies like AI are shaping the legal industry.
  • Customer oriented – you naturally view campaigns and content through the lens of what delivers value to clients.

You are the type of person who

  • Is a self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of tasks
  • Can generate innovative solutions in work situations, trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities
  • Is a team player who understands that diverse opinions make a team and the benefit of achieving goals and decisions together.
  • Is curious - you're not afraid to ask questions, explore and share your thoughts and ideas.

LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.

Why join LEAP?

  • Your work matters. Helping lawyers help people sits at the heart of everything we do. We solve real world problems that improve and support local, everyday law firms. So they can do their best work for the people in the communities they serve.
  • Make an impact. You won’t be another ‘cog in the wheel’ here. We give full trust and autonomy for you to be heard, to work on big & complex projects – and to make a real difference.
  • Work with a group of authentic, passionate people who love what they do.
  • Well-funded and global. LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and New Zealand. We're part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies.
  • Flexible and hybrid working. We'd like to find this person in Sydney, but we want you to work in a way that suits you and we're open to flexible arrangements that support you.
  • Grow your career with us. Our founder Christian Beck has been building legal tech businesses for over 30 years. There are opportunities galore to expand your career based on where your interests lie. We're not afraid to pivot based on market conditions - you will always have the opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and do your best work here.
  • Have fun with us. Celebrations. Socials. Sports teams. Access to sailing and yacht events.
  • We value your well-being - enjoy an additional paid wellbeing day every year, free gym membership, corporate dental plan and monthly massages in the office. We'll throw in a catered lunch and breakfast every week too. Oh and an on-site barista.
  • Access to LEAP Home - a program unique to LEAP to support you in buying your primary residence.
