Job Description

About the role

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who combines creative capability with exceptional organisation and execution.

You will sit at the intersection of Creative, Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, Visual Merchandising and Store Operations, coordinating the many creative and marketing activities required to successfully launch campaigns and products across Nick Scali and Plush.

You'll be responsible for taking work from brief through to completion — coordinating creative production, adapting artwork, managing approvals, liaising with printers and suppliers, preparing campaign collateral, responding to store requirements and making sure everything is delivered accurately and ahead of deadline.

The ideal person is someone who naturally keeps a to-do list, calendar and deadlines under control. You enjoy creative work, but you're equally comfortable managing the detail behind the scenes.

You'll be the person who knows:

What's happening → what's due → who's responsible → what's missing → what needs to happen next.

What you'll do

Campaign & Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate monthly marketing campaigns across Nick Scali and Plush in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
  • Manage the production of campaign assets across digital, physical and traditional marketing channels.
  • Coordinate creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, Visual Merchandising and Store Operations to understand upcoming requirements and proactively identify what needs to be produced.
  • Maintain visibility across multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines at any one time.
  • Ensure creative and marketing materials are delivered ahead of campaign and promotional deadlines, not at the last minute.

Creative Production

  • Design and adapt marketing materials using existing brand templates and creative guidelines.
  • Produce artwork including:
    • Plush RRP cards
    • Nick Scali and Plush lounge feature cards
    • Nick Scali dining feature cards
    • Store posters and POS
    • Website and digital assets
    • Social media graphics and short-form video
    • Product launch collateral
    • Other marketing and Visual Merchandising materials as required.
  • Resize, adapt and version creative for different markets, formats, channels and brands.
  • Assist with copywriting and messaging across campaign and product communications.
  • Maintain consistency across the Nick Scali and Plush brands.

Store & Supplier Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for marketing requests from approximately 140 showrooms across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
  • Respond to store queries and ensure requests are actioned efficiently.
  • Coordinate with printing and production suppliers across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
  • Provide suppliers with accurate artwork, specifications and production requirements.
  • Track print production, delivery and distribution to ensure materials arrive in stores before promotional activity begins.
  • Upload relevant artwork and collateral to supplier portals and internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of what has been produced and distributed to each store.

Campaign & Product Launch Management

  • Coordinate monthly campaign guides across Nick Scali Australia, Nick Scali New Zealand and Plush.
  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to stay ahead of upcoming product launches.
  • Ensure new products have the appropriate marketing and in-store collateral ready for launch.
  • Proactively identify upcoming requirements rather than waiting for requests to come through.
  • Maintain campaign and production trackers in SharePoint and other internal systems.
  • Communicate upcoming deadlines, outstanding actions and potential issues to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

The person we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is creative, commercially minded and exceptionally organised.

You don't need to be the world's greatest designer. You do need to be someone who can take a brief, understand what needs to happen, create or coordinate the required assets, manage the details and get everything delivered on time.

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years' experience in marketing, creative production, digital marketing, graphic design or a similar role.
  • Have strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
  • Have a strong eye for design, typography, layout and brand consistency.
  • Can create polished creative but are equally comfortable adapting existing templates and producing high volumes of campaign collateral.
  • Are highly organised and naturally proactive.
  • Enjoy managing multiple projects and small tasks simultaneously without losing track of the details.
  • Are exceptionally good at following up, prioritising and meeting deadlines.
  • Think ahead and identify what needs to happen before someone asks you.
  • Are comfortable working across different teams, brands, markets and priorities.
  • Have excellent attention to detail — particularly when working with pricing, product information and promotional dates.
  • Can communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams, stores and external suppliers.
  • Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload.
  • Have a strong work ethic and take pride in getting things done properly and on time.
  • Can work at pace without sacrificing quality.
  • Have a genuine interest in design, marketing, digital and retail.

What will make you stand out

We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate that they have:

  • Managed multiple creative projects or campaigns simultaneously.
  • Worked in a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, agency or marketing environment.
  • Coordinated print production or physical marketing materials.
  • Worked with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Built or maintained project trackers, campaign calendars or production schedules.
  • Created short-form video and social content.
  • Written or refined marketing copy.
  • Experience working with international teams or multiple markets.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both creative capability and commercial thinking.

The mindset we're looking for

Creative enough to make it great.
Organised enough to make it happen.
Proactive enough to see what's coming.

This role will suit someone who gets satisfaction from having a campaign completely under control — the artwork is finished, the printer has the files, the stores know what's coming, the website assets are ready and everything is delivered before the deadline.

If you're someone who sees a gap and thinks "I'll sort that out", rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do, we'd like to hear from you.

Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
