Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Executive, Sponsorships & Events, Pacific, based in Sydney. This role supports the delivery of sponsorship and event marketing initiatives across the Pacific region, ensuring timely, accurate and brand-compliant execution. You will assist in activating sponsorship benefits, coordinating loyalty member events, and managing marketing content across digital and offline channels, contributing to enhancing brand visibility, member engagement, and overall commercial objectives.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Support the execution of sponsorship activations across Accor’s key partnerships by coordinating timelines, logistics, and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of loyalty member events and VIP experiences.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of creative assets for sponsorship and event campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Support reporting on sponsorship and event performance, including data collection and presentation preparation.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with coordination tasks, approvals, and stakeholder communication for sponsorship and event initiatives.

Qualifications

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an extensive Marketing role.
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing activities that support property performance and brand visibility.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Experience coordinating with creative and media agencies to ensure accurate, on-brand delivery.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality marketing, branding principles, and market dynamics.
