We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven marketing leader to head our Digital Acquisition and Marketing Effectiveness function. This senior leadership role is central to driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing investment, and enhancing the performance of digital channels.

You’ll lead a high-performing team of specialists and collaborate across the business to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with ING’s retail and brand strategies.

What you’ll do

  • Own and evolve ING’s digital performance marketing strategy across paid channels.
  • Lead an in-house trading desk managing a $10M+ acquisition budget.
  • Partner with UX, product marketing, and digital sales to optimize conversion funnels.
  • Align with SEO experts and agencies to ensure a cohesive digital ecosystem.
  • Develop marketing effectiveness frameworks (MMM, attribution, cross-channel analysis).
  • Collaborate with Finance to evaluate performance and optimize investment.
  • Shape the martech roadmap with Marketing Ops and Product teams.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with Google, Meta, and key affiliates.

What we’re looking for 

  • Proven experience leading digital performance marketing at scale, ideally in a financial services or high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in paid media channels, analytics, attribution, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and martech platforms.
