THE ROLE
As our Marketing Lead, you can choose to work on-site at our Singapore office or remotely, with occasional travel to Singapore as needed. In this role, you will spearhead our global marketing efforts to expand Digify’s presence and engage key audiences. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across product marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and social media.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Develop and refine a global marketing strategy for Digify.
- Lead and mentor a team of three marketers to execute the strategy effectively.
- Establish and track marketing KPIs, ensuring objectives are met consistently.
- Deeply understand the Digify product, its users, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Digify.
- Identify new opportunities to reach key markets and expand market share.
- Manage lead acquisition funnels and nurture prospective customers.
- Leverage data to inform evidence-based marketing decisions.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to accelerate growth.
- Regularly review and optimize marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets, collaborating with finance and leadership for alignment.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to implement effective sales enablement resources.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the SaaS sector.
- Near-native or native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven success creating and executing growth-focused marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, content marketing, and social media.
- Experience managing a small marketing team, fostering professional development and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to position and grow SaaS products globally.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to Singapore on occasion if working remotely.
