  • Coordinate speaking opportunities and pre- and post-event campaigns to maximise engagement and support sales follow-up.

Collaboration, performance and budget management

  • Partner with sales to align marketing activity with target accounts, pipeline priorities and revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with regional marketing, product management and corporate communications teams.

  • Track campaign and event performance using HubSpot and analytics tools, reporting on lead quality, conversion, pipeline contribution and return on investment.

  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies and vendors, using insights to continually improve results.

Experience and qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing or Business and at least five years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation and marketing automation.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and develop customer-focused messaging.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • An analytical approach to measuring performance, solving problems and identifying improvements.

  • A proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to remain effective when priorities change.

Experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably within a global or matrixed organisation, and a willingness to travel would be highly regarded.
