The Opportunity
As Marketing Manager, Brand you’ll help plan and execute the Dexus brand strategy to drive preference, trust, and commercial impact across priority segments and business verticals. You’ll champion brand governance, deliver integrated campaigns, and build the sophistication of the Dexus brand. Key Responsibilities
- Champion brand standards: steward guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels and business units
- Manage elements of brand campaigns including planning, logistics, production, and media rollout
- Brief and manage external agencies for creative and media services during campaign development
- Support strategic projects such as brand architecture, identity, and campaign development, including planning and stakeholder management
- Collaborate with other teams (funds and leasing) on campaign development and rollout
- Model Dexus values: Build Trust Through Action and Rally To Achieve Together
- Take reasonable care for health and safety in the workplace
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required
About You
You are a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for brand marketing. You bring a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational and project management skills, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. You thrive in ambiguity, use initiative, and deliver results with excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Tertiary qualification and proven experience in brand management and marketing, ideally in property or financial services
- Experience in brand strategy (positioning, architecture, identity, campaign development, reporting, analytics) highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas simply and influence effectively
- Understanding of data, analytics, and collaboration with research partners
- Experience with marketing technology solutions (martech) and paid media
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork
