What you’ll do
 

  • Transform data into powerful stories and insights: Deliver actionable insights that empower smarter decisions and elevate marketing campaign performance  
  • Lead campaign intelligence: Dive deep into Below-the-Line (BTL) and Through-the-Line (TTL) campaigns to uncover emerging trends, growth opportunities, necessary pivots and strategic wins.
  • Drive performance excellence: Collaborate with marketing and customer teams to seamlessly integrate performance tracking into every campaign, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Build dynamic dashboards: Design and maintain real-time dashboards that put campaign performance at your fingertips, enabling fast, informed action.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Set the standard for reporting excellence, always seeking new ways to optimize and innovate.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or digital performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in data tools (Excel) and dashboard platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing data and CRM systems.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused.
