Permanent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the Everyday Banking and Segments Marketing Team. Working closely with various stakeholders you will design and execute marketing campaigns across acquisition, in life and retention using a mixture of below and above the line channels.  

On any given day, you will:

Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Digital and Analytics to:  

  • Design customer centred marketing strategies driven by data and insights to acquire new customers or engage and retain existing customers 

  • Execute marketing strategies across a range of above and below the line channels including email, owned digital channels, search and social media 

  • Ensure marketing strategies are delivered on time, within budget and in line with CommBank’s Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice.  

  • Measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns, demonstrating how they deliver commercial results for the business and promote customer NPS. 

Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions we expect from our people. 

We’d love to hear from people who have: 

  • Experience with end-to-end, integrated campaign delivery with accountability across strategy development and execution. 

  • Strong one to one experience with below the line channels especially email, SMS and owned digital channels.  

  • Demonstrated experience working with creative and media teams and to deliver above the line campaigns.  

  • The ability to work across multiple complex campaigns at the same time and deliver to tight timelines.  

  • Track record of building strong relationships and collaborating with stakeholder. 

  • Highly developed project management experience.  

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Commercial acumen with the ability to track and demonstrate ROI.  

  • Creative thinker with problem-solving/growth mindset. 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing generalist or marketing communications role. 

  • Experience in financial services preferred but not essential.
