The Role

We’re looking for an experienced marketer to take on the role of Marketing Manager Customer, leading marketing execution across Australia.

The Marketing Manager Customer is responsible for deeply leveraging our commercial partnerships across retail, builder and kitchen specialist channels to deliver brand and product marketing objectives.

This is achieved through two distinct but complementary workstreams:

Co-Marketing, which targets the end consumer through our trade partners’ channels to build brand awareness and drive product conversion; and

Trade Partner Enablement, which targets the trade partners themselves to build advocacy, belief and share of their business for our brand and products. Contributing to the overall achievement of market share, revenue & profit objectives and overall brand health.

Key Role Responsibilities include

Co‑Marketing planning, alignment and performance, along with delivery and operational execution.

In addition, the role is responsible for driving Trade Partner Enablement and strengthening partner advocacy.

Leading Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activity across Australia, working with retail, builder and kitchen specialist partners to drive brand awareness, product advocacy and consumer conversion.

Operating at both a strategic and executional level, collaborating closely with local and global sales, marketing and brand teams to deliver aligned outcomes.

So that's the role, who are you?

You will have demonstrated experience, (3-5+ years) as a Marketing Manager with strength in B2C Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement across retail consumer electronics, consumer goods or FMCG or related industries.

Proven ability to build effective commercial partner relationships that drive brand advocacy and conversion.
