Position Overview

We're growing Millie Moon, our premium nappy and baby care brand built on softness, and looking for a Marketing Manager to own its growth across our growth markets: Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Saudi Arabia and South Africa. You'll set the market strategy, turn it into integrated plans that win with parents and retailers, and lead them through to results on shelf. Alongside that, you'll help build our next generation of baby brands from the ground up: a rare chance to grow an established brand and launch new ones in the same role.

About ZURU

ZURU is a reimagination company. We look for categories that have stood still, then we build next-generation products and brands that set the new standard. ZURU Toys is reimagining play. ZURU Edge is reinventing everyday consumer brands. Rhodes Pet Science is reimagining pet science. ZURU Tech is leading the next building revolution.

ZURU started in 2003 with two brothers from New Zealand, and we're still founder-owned and operated today. Since then we've become the world's second-biggest privately held toy company, and nearly half of all Gen Y and Gen Z households with kids in the US own a ZURU product. Today we're 5,000 people in 34 offices, selling into more than 150 markets, backed by over 100 acres of fully automated manufacturing. And we're only getting started.

Position Impact

Our Baby team builds brands that challenge the category leaders. Millie Moon is sold across Australia and New Zealand through a strong partnership with the region's largest grocer, and it's expanding into the UK, Saudi Arabia and South Africa. You'll be accountable for brand growth and business outcomes across all five markets, from established retail partnerships to brand-new launches, working hand in hand with Sales, Commercial, Content, Digital Media, Design, Product and Finance. It's a role with real ownership, real budget and the chance to shape where a fast-growing brand goes next.

How you'll help us grow

  • Own the brand and market strategy across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Saudi Arabia and South Africa, from new market launches to always-on activity

  • Build deep consumer understanding through research, shopper data, cultural trends and competitor activity

  • Partner with Sales week to week: account WIPs, forecasts, promotions, line reviews and innovation-day presentations

  • Lead retailer marketing plans and in-store activation: displays, POS, secondary placement and sampling

  • Set the audience strategy, brief the Digital Media team and drive retail media with a test-and-learn mindset

  • Write sharp, insight-led briefs and partner with Content and Creative on work that's distinctive and on brand

  • Own market plans and budgets, including the balance between brand and trade investment

  • Lead launch plans and critical paths with Sales, Supply, Design and Product, and help launch our new baby brands

What Helps You Win Here

  • 5+ years in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG, with at least 2 years owning a brand or market plan and its budget

  • Strong grocery retail experience: you've worked closely with Sales on major retailers

  • Hands-on digital and retail media experience, plus creative, media, PR or influencer agency management

  • A launch under your belt: you've taken at least one product or market from plan to shelf

  • Experience coaching or managing people, and the leadership to bring cross-functional teams with you

Who thrives at ZURU

This isn't a 9-to-5. We move fast, think big and set goals most companies would call impossible, then go after them. The people who thrive here are entrepreneurs at heart. They own their work, chase bold ideas and never stop raising the bar.

At ZURU, you drive your career, and we give you the platform to take it as far as you can. There are opportunities here that you won't find anywhere else, and you'll be surrounded by talented people who make things happen. We're a true meritocracy: we reward impact, not tenure.

How we work

Big ideas happen when great people work side by side, so we're office-first by design. Being together means faster collaboration, sharper decisions and stronger teams, and it's where the real learning happens. Some flexibility may be available depending on the role, location and business needs, but most roles are office-based.
