Job Description

As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering campaigns across a range of media channels to achieve meaningful business outcomes. This role will focus on providing marketing and operational support to drive growth across our Individual Life propositions, including Mortgage, Embedded, and General Advice.

You will:

  • Provide operational support for growth programs, including broker onboarding, training, compliance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-first life insurance journeys and new distribution channels.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across Mortgage, General Advice, B2B, B2B2C, and B2C propositions.
  • Drive reporting and insight preparation to inform growth strategy and support leadership decision-making.
  • Support brand development and scalable marketing processes to enhance customer experience and product reach.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, navigating complex environments with ease.
  • Proven marketing experience across B2B and B2C channels, including ATL and BTL media, partners, agencies, and lead suppliers.
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a proactive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications with 2+ years’ experience in marketing, operations, or project management (Financial Services experience desirable).
