This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape how ING measures and maximizes the impact of its marketing investments. You’ll lead the marketing effectiveness function, working closely with executives across Retail Banking, Finance, and Marketing to ensure every dollar spent delivers measurable value.

What you’ll do
- Drive the marketing effectiveness strategy and embed a data-driven culture across the business
- Evaluate and help guide Channel strategy and investment weights in each channel to best drive different marketing incomes
- Help Manage and optimise a $69m+ marketing budget to deliver ROI and cost efficiency
- Oversee Marketing Mix Modeling and attribution frameworks to forecast outcomes and guide investment decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for senior stakeholders and global teams
- Partner with product, finance, and marketing leaders to align on performance metrics and insights
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools, econometric modeling, and scenario planning
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement
- Expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling platforms and statistical analysis (regression, time series)
- Exceptional technical skills in SQL/SAS and dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex insights simply
- Commercial acumen with experience managing large budgets and demonstrating marketing ROI
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
