Sydney | Full-time (14-month contract) | Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Leichhardt office
3P Learning is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead APAC regional marketing. In this role, you’ll shape and execute strategic and tactical campaigns that engage educators and school decision-makers, and you’ll be accountable for building a strong lead pipeline across cross-sell, upsell, and new-business initiatives for the full 3P Learning suite.
If you enjoy the challenge of growing market share and love seeing your work translate into measurable outcomes, this is a rare opportunity to lead a regional function that makes a real impact across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Asia; supporting products that genuinely help students learn.
About The Role
We’re well established in Australia. Now the exciting challenge is to unlock growth within our existing customer base, expanding adoption through smart cross-sell and upsell across our literacy and mathematics programs, while also driving new business growth where opportunities exist.
You’ll work closely with our renewal team to lead large regional renewal campaigns, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure our strategy and spend are focused, efficient, and effective. Core to your success will be building a strong, segmented email database and delivering compelling messaging that helps us hit our targets, while continually evaluating, iterating, and improving campaign performance across channels.
Your work will bring marketing plans, product launches, and key campaigns to life, building a sustainable pipeline that contributes directly to broader business objectives.
Reporting to the Head of B2B Global Marketing, you will collaborate closely with:
- APAC Sales Director and Territory Managers
- Retention Marketing Team
- Other Regional Marketing Teams (particularly on global projects like World Maths Day)
To help bring the strategy to life, you’ll have support from a dedicated APAC Marketing Coordinator, support from our internal Brand and Creative Agency, and a digital advertising specialist, and you’ll have the autonomy to recruit and manage external agencies as needed.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Plan, develop and lead the execution of end-to-end new business and cross-sell campaigns across channels including digital advertising, content marketing, email, social media, PR and events.
- Partner with the brand and creative team and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with our brand, overarching marketing strategy and goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deepen understanding of the target audience, market trends and competitive landscape, translating insights into campaign direction.
- Coordination of global campaigns and special renewal projects from time to time.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI, and report key metrics and learnings to stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with sales and product leadership to ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales efforts, contributing to a unified customer experience.
- Coach and develop the marketing coordinator, including performance reviews and hiring when required.
- Develop the annual regional marketing plan and budget, with ongoing budget management and clear reporting on campaign outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a commercially minded marketer who’s comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you know how to bring people with you.
You’ll have:
- 10+ years’ marketing experience, including 2+ years in a similar marketing leadership role (B2B SaaS; EdTech a bonus).
- A Marketing qualification (or a relevant equivalent).
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy, including experience managing campaign budgets and analysing marketing spend and ROI.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation (ideally Salesforce).
- A proactive, self-starting work style with the ability to initiate and drive projects through to completion with minimal oversight.
- Proven capability in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent creative, written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on team leadership approach.
- The ability to consistently meet and exceed targets, often under deadline pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across a range of teams.
- Genuine curiosity about educators and the challenges they face.
- A performance-focused marketing mindset, and a desire to lead others to achieve the same.
Why You’ll Love Working at 3P Learning
At 3P Learning, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: the flexibility of a hybrid environment - focused work time at home, plus the energy and connection of collaborating in our Leichhardt office (complete with an in-house barista).
You’ll also enjoy benefits like three extra “purpose days” of paid leave each year to invest in what matters to you; whether that’s volunteering, personal projects, or simply recharging. 3P-ers also enjoy paid parental leave and complimentary access to all our learning products, supporting your growth both personally and professionally.
You’ll be part of a dynamic ASX-listed company with global reach, but still small enough that your ideas are heard, your contributions are visible, and your impact is real. You’ll collaborate with passionate, creative colleagues in a culture built on innovation, curiosity, and teamwork; helping shape learning experiences for millions of students worldwide.
