About the Role:
The Marketing Manager position will be responsible for leading a team that champions Koops through strategic marketing initiatives including brand management, customer engagement across all platforms and materials worldwide, creating and planning engaging content and cultivating enhanced customer experience.
This position has direct reports. This position is onsite and can be located in Holland, MI or Greenville, SC.
The ideal candidate can:

  • Employ search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and develop recommendations to increase search engine ranking and visibility to target markets
  • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with a variety of customers
  • Gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service
  • Plan a marketing or advertising campaign
  • Gather information on competitor’s price, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary support to identify and qualify leads.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition and industry trends.
  • Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
