Manage demand generation campaigns, create content, run email marketing and paid media, and report on analytics for an event-focused CRM.
Audience Republic is an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform built for events and venues. We work with some of the biggest names in the world - powering events featuring artists like Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, Post Malone, Elton John, RÜFÜS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Flume.
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own demand generation end-to-end — driving pipeline through content, email, and paid media. This is a high-ownership, execution-first role for someone who thrives on doing, not managing. A core part of this role will be producing content yourself and driving demand through email & paid ads.
🔥 What will you do?
- Demand Generation: Build and run campaigns that drive high-quality pipeline and revenue across paid, organic, and email channels.
- Content (Written & Video): Own the editorial calendar. Write blog content, case studies, landing pages, and create for short-form video content yourself.
- Email Marketing: Run email campaigns, nurture tracks, product announcements, and lifecycle marketing through HubSpot.
- Paid Media: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn (primarily retargeting and mid-funnel).
- Website & Tracking: Light web updates (Webflow), basic CRO, and analytics setup — from UTM parameters to pixels and event tracking.
- Customer & Market Insights: Talk to customers. Extract insights and turn them into marketing assets that speak directly to our ICP, along with case studies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Own your own dashboards. Report on MQLs, pipeline, and CAC. Make performance-based decisions weekly.
✅ Who You Are
You are:
- Relentless in Execution: You ship fast and often. You’re hands-on, self-sufficient, and don’t wait for permission.
- Outcome-Driven: You measure everything by revenue, pipeline, and ROI — not fluff or vanity metrics.
- Resourceful: You can write, edit, design, launch, and optimize without depending on big budgets or a large team.
- SaaS Fluent: You understand SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ACV, MQLs) and use them to guide strategy and tactics.
- Technically Confident: You’re comfortable with HubSpot, GA, Webflow, and setting up tracking infrastructure without needing a developer.
💎 How We Work
These aren’t just values - we live by them:
- #Customer Obsessed - You'll be obsessed with our customer, becoming an expert on their problems and how to solve them. You'll be focused on contributing to an amazing experience for our customers.
- #Raise The Bar - You are always pushing the boundaries of what you are capable of. You'll be constantly improving and levelling up your skills.
- #Massive Impact - You think like an owner, and always focus on making an impact on collective goals, not just your own individual goals.
- #Hungry & Humble - You really want it, are resilient and tenacious. You have a strong work ethic, but also have the humility to receive feedback, or be open to new approaches.
