Qantas Loyalty is a high performing business and has a history of launching exciting new brands and services that make a difference to its millions of Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards members. Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Business Rewards remain at the core of the program, while the business has evolved to include major partnerships and ventures across Financial Services and Retail, as well as a number of businesses such as Qantas Money, Qantas Insurance and Qantas Wine.

As the Marketing Manager - Shopping, you will be responsible for managing the marketing activity that supports commercial revenue targets for the Loyalty business, in particular the Qantas Shopping portfolio. You’ll manage the execution of integrated campaign activity including creative development, project planning, media planning and stakeholder management, developing and delivering campaigns that meet business objectives and drive return on investment.  Working closely with your Marketing peers and Shopping Commercial team.

You’ll have:

  • 3-5 years’ direct/digital marketing experience, including email builds and website CMS management
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or relevant field
  • Ability to deal with fast-paced environments and excel under pressure and deadlines
  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across above the line and below the line channels, with a strong focus on campaign reporting and analysis techniques
  • Highly organised, proactive and dynamic
  • Demonstrated high level of communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with internal commercial and product stakeholders, and external clients/agencies/partners
  • Experience managing legal, commercial and branding requirements
