As our new Marketing Manager, you’ll be a strategic individual contributor responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact marketing programs that drive customer loyalty, product utilization, and revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming veterinary care by embedding IDEXX’s innovative diagnostics and software into everyday workflows—without direct reports, but with strong influence across cross-functional teams.

You will:
  • Design and manage customer retention and loyalty programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.

  • Lead end-to-end program execution—from strategy and communications to adoption and performance tracking.

  • Provide tools and support that help veterinary professionals integrate IDEXX solutions into their practice management systems.

  • Monitor ROI, adjust strategies, and ensure continuous improvement based on customer and market feedback.

We’re Looking For:

You’re a strategic and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and knows how to turn insights into action.

  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing or customer programs, ideally in healthcare, animal health, or related industries.

  • Proven success in designing and delivering loyalty or utilization programs.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills to drive performance and ROI.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across regional and global teams.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and multi-channel marketing tools.
