As Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution from strategy to performance analysis, orchestrating multi-channel initiatives that deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact
  • Drive performance marketing excellence through statistical analysis, turning data insights into actionable campaign improvements
  • Lead cross-functional campaign delivery partnering with Brand, Design, Sales, and Product teams to ensure flawless execution while maintaining aggressive timelines and quality standards
  • Build and optimise marketing engines that scale, creating repeatable playbooks for lead generation, nurturing sequences, and customer acquisition across B2B and B2C segments
  • Own your numbers with weekly performance reporting, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling to prove marketing's impact on business outcomes and continuously improve ROAS
  • Execute with precision across paid media, email automation, content distribution, and organic channels, always connecting tactical decisions to strategic business objectives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years driving measurable growth in B2B/B2C tech environments, with proven track record of campaigns that delivered 20%+ QoQ growth in pipeline or revenue
  • Demonstrated performance marketing expertise including hands-on experience with paid media optimisation, CAC/LTV analysis, and multi-touch attribution modeling
  • Technical proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo), analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau), and ability to write basic SQL queries for data analysis
  • Campaign execution excellence with examples of launching integrated campaigns from concept to completion, including post-mortem analysis and optimisation loops
  • Quantitative mindset with experience building marketing dashboards, forecasting models, and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Rapid experimentation capability running multiple A/B tests weekly, iterating quickly based on results, and scaling what works
  • Cross-functional leadership coordinating with Product, Sales, and Design teams to ship campaigns on aggressive timelines without sacrificing quality
  • Portfolio evidence required showing specific campaigns you've owned, metrics you've moved, and problems you've solved
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience with demonstrable results
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders at all levels
