Marketing Specialist/Coordinator

Location: Huntingwood, Sydney (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 WFH)

We're looking for a self-motivated, driven, and highly organised Marketing Specialist to join Alfa Laval in this new role as we continue to grow our marketing team. We are a small and dynamic marketing team, that delivers big impact locally across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end content development and campaign management, corporate communications and digital marketing management. If you like to be hands-on and get excited working with a diverse sales team, coordinating events, driving marketing initiatives and strategies then this role is a match for you.

You'll plan and execute across content, social media, email, campaigns, and brand, with the freedom to bring your own ideas and the responsibility to make them happen. It's a big scope, and we are after someone who gets excited by that. What You'll Do:

Content & Digital

· Create, and execute scheduled content that's relevant and on-brand with global guidelines

· Plan and execute digital, email, and content campaigns from brief to delivery

· Build and manage our presence across LinkedIn and internal news including schedule compelling content.

· Update the website and manage necessary changes to ensure lead nurturing

· Own the content calendar and keep tone, visuals, and messaging consistent across every channel

· Engage with sales to develop content and connect with our global community

· Track and report on performance using Google Analytics, Adobe, Marketo and other tools

· You will be responsible for editing and designing content to create posts and marketing materials

Campaigns and Brand

· Create marketing materials, social ads, landing page copy, and supporting assets

· Support events, webinars, partnerships, and any brand activations

· Collaborate with industry partners and distributors

· Manage PR requests and customer case studies

· Handle general marketing admin and keep projects on track

What You'll Bring

· +3 years of experience in a marketing or content role, ideally with experience in B2B or industrial based business but not essential

· Confidence working independently and managing your own priorities with a hands-on approach

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, you know how to adapt tone for different audiences

· Capabilities in developing content from design to execution. Experience running digital platforms and content creation

· Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Canva/Adobe Creative, Marketo and video editors like CapCut or similar

· Strong written communication and detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease

· Organised, proactive, and resourceful with a collaborative mindset

· Creative thinking paired with the ability to actually execute
